42 Min Speed Heptathlon
- Compete in pods of 3 or 4 athletes.
- Each pod has a dedicated timekeeper.
- Each athlete has to get to the start line of 800m within 42 minutes.
1 Hour Speed Decathlon
- Team of up to 4 athletes
- Compete Events Like a Relay
- Graded Points for Masters
- Start 1500m within 1 hour of 100m start.
